Our goal is to be sure 100% of our customers are happy with their Zoran Sunglasses. Purchase our sunglasses with confidence knowing you are partnering with a trusted manufacturer.
If your sunglasses are found to have a manufacturers defect within 24 months of the original purchase date, Zoran Sunglasses will exchange or replace your sunglasses with a similar pair of equal value. Simply provide proof of purchase, via your original receipt, to us.
Please note the warranty does not apply to loss or theft.
Additionally, items damaged from excessive or prolonged use such as scratched lens are not considered defective. If your lenses are scratched they may be covered under our crash replacement program.
Please contact us for a status determination. Zoran Optics has sole discretion to determine manufacturer’s defects.
If your vision has changed within 12 months after the date of purchase as a result of an eye exam by an eyecare professional, Zoran would like to offer you a 25% discount on your new prescription.
Simply complete the online form and we will follow up with an email explaining how to claim your new prescription sunglasses.

Crash Repair Guarantee
Accidents can happen anytime, so if your sunglasses break or you damage your sunglasses within 12 months of the date of purchase, our Crash Repair Coverage Guarantee can help offset your loss.
Simply provide proof of purchase, via your original receipt, to us and we will offer you a refund equal to 50% of the retail price (paid at the time of the purchase) valid towards a new pair of full price sunglasses. It does not apply to loss or theft or misuse.
The offer can be used once within one year following the original purchase.
Zoran Sunglasses has an end-to-end commitment to service and your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know to make it right. We will accept returns for non-prescription glasses in saleable condition, with their original packaging and proof of purchase with your original receipt within 15 days from receipt of purchase.
